超高压提取苹果渣中多酚的研究

摘要:
【目的】对超高压提取苹果渣中多酚的条件进行优化,以期获得最佳的苹果渣多酚提取参数。【方法】在对超高压压力、超高压提取时间、料(g)液(mL)比、乙醇质量分数4个单因素进行试验的基础上,通过响应面法优化设计,建立超高压法提取苹果渣中多酚工艺的二次多项式模型,对提取工艺参数进行优化。【结果】确立了超高压辅助提取苹果渣中多酚的最佳工艺参数:超高压压力160 MPa,超高压提取时间9 min,乙醇体积分数60%,料(g)液(mL)比1∶28,在此条件下苹果渣中多酚得率为2 087.22 mg/kg。【结论】建立了超高压法提取苹果渣中多酚的二次多项式模型,获得了多酚得率较高的最佳工艺参数。

Extraction polyphenols from apple pomace by ultrahigh pressure technique
Abstract:
【Objective】In order to acquire the optimum procedure for effectively extracting polyphenolic compounds from apple pomace,investigation on high hydrostratic (HHP) pressure was carried out.【Method】The effects of different parameters such as high hydrostratic press,high hydrostratic press time,ethanol concentration and ratio of solvent to pomace on the extraction of apple-polyphenols from apple pomace were studied.The experiments were designed and optimized with response surface method (RSM).A second order quadratic equation for polyphenols extraction was finally obtained.【Result】The results showed that the optimum procedure parameters of high hydrostatic pressure extraction apple polyphenol were pressure of 160 MPa,time of 9 min,ratio of solvent to pomace of 1∶28,and 60% ethanol used as extracting solvent,under which the extraction rate of apple polyphenols from apple pomace reached 2 087.22 mg/kg.【Conclusion】The model was established and the optimum procedure parameters of high hydrostatic pressure extraction apple polyphenol were obtained.
