华山松松针挥发油超临界CO2萃取工艺研究

摘要:
【目的】考察从华山松松针中提取挥发油的最佳工艺条件。【方法】采用超临界CO2萃取法,运用正交试验设计及响应面分析,对松针挥发油提取的工艺条件进行优化。【结果】对松针挥发油提取率的影响从大到小依次为萃取时间、萃取压力、萃取温度;超临界CO2萃取松针挥发油的最佳工艺参数:萃取压力34 MPa,萃取温度45 ℃,萃取时间2.2 h。【结论】利用超临界CO2萃取松针中挥发油,在最佳工艺条件下的提取率为1.549%,提取率高、分离效果好,所得挥发油为淡黄色澄清透明油状物。

Optimization of volatile oil extraction from pine needle of Pinus armandi by supercritical CO2 technique

Abstract:
【Objective】This study aimed to establish the process of supercritical CO2 extraction of volatile oil from pine needles.【Method】The factors affecting the supercritical CO2 extraction rate of volatile oil were studied by orthogonal experiment and response surface methodology.【Result】The results showed that extraction time had the greatest impact on extracting ratio while temperature had minimal impact.The optimized extraction pressure,temperature,and time were 34 MPa,45 ℃ and 2.2 h,respectively.【Conclusion】Extracting volatile oil by supercritical CO2 method had higher extraction yield and effective separation.The extraction rate was 1.549% under the optimum extracting conditions.
