枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒与八正散对小鼠三聚氰胺中毒模型的治疗效果

摘要:
【目的】观察八正散(bazheng powder,BZP)和枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒(potassium sodium hydrogen citrate,PSHC)单独或联合用药对三聚氰胺中毒小鼠模型的治疗效果,为三聚氰胺中毒的临床治疗提供参考。【方法】以1 500 mg/kg三聚氰胺连续15 或30 d对小鼠灌胃0.4 mL/(只·d),构建小鼠三聚氰胺中毒模型,然后将其分成生理盐水对照组和药物治疗组,用质量浓度为1.12,0.56,0.28 g/mL的BZP和含量为1.44,0.72,0.36 g/kg的PSHC单独或联合治疗,每天1次,灌胃量0.4 mL/(只· d),7 和15 d后测定血清肌酐(CRE)、尿素氮( BUN)和尿酸(UA)浓度,治疗15 d后处死小鼠,取肾脏称质量,计算肾脏系数。【结果】治疗7 d后,治疗组血清指标CRE、BUN、UA值均比对照组低;与治疗7 d相比,治疗15 d 时,CRE、BUN、UA值进一步降低,且仍低于对照组。 除0.56 g/mL BZP+0.72 g/kg PSHC和1.44 g/kg PSHC组外,其他各治疗组小鼠总肾脏系数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】BZP和PSHC单独或联合用药对小鼠三聚氰胺(1 500 mg/kg)中毒有治疗效果。治疗7 d 时,0.56 g/mL BZP+0.72 g/kg PSHC组和0.28 g/mL BZP+1.44 g/kg PSHC组的联合治疗效果较好;治疗15 d 时,以0.28 g/mL BZP组的单独治疗效果及0.28 g/mL BZP+1.44 g/kg PSHC和0.28 g/mL BZP+0.36 g/kg PSHC组的联合治疗效果较好。

Therapeutic research of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate and bazheng powder on melamine-induced toxication model in mice
Abstract:
【Objective】The research was conducted to observe the therapeutic effect of BZP and or PSHC for melamine poisoning medel,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of melamine toxication.【Method】To build the poisoning model,the mice were administrated 0.4 mL melamine(1 500 mg/kg) once everyday for 15 and 30 days successively.Male mice were randomly divided into the normal saline control group,and the medication group.The mice were treated by BZP(1.12,0.56,0.28 g/mL) and or PSHC (1.44,0.72,0.36 g/kg),once everyday,at the end of the treatment,the mice were put to death and the changes of serum CRE,BUN,and UA,weigh the kidneys were observed and the kidney coefficient caculated.【Result】After 7 d treatment,the serum CRE,BUN and UA of treatment groups(2-16) was lower than that of normal saline group(1 and 17)(P<0.05).The serum CRE,BUN and UA after 15 d treatment further decreased compared with 7 d,the serum CRE,BUN of all groups were lower in contrast with group 1 and 17.The total kidney coefficient indicated,except group 0.56 g/mL BZP+0.72 g/kg PSHC and 1.44 g/kg PSHC,all had significant difference(P<0.05) compared with group 1 and 17.【Conclusion】The therapeutic effect of BZP and or PSHC was obvious for mice melamine (1 500 mg/kg) poison.After 7 d treatment,therapeutic effect of 0.56 g/mL BZP+0.72 g/kg PSHC group and 0.28 g/mL BZP+1.44 g/kg PSHC group was good.After 15 d treatment,BZP 0.28 g/mL group was good,so were group 0.28 g/mL BZP+1.44 g/kg PSHC and 0.28 g/mL BZP+0.36 g/kg PSHC group.
