叶面喷硒对藤茶硒含量及品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探讨叶面喷施不同质量浓度的硒对藤茶硒含量及品质的影响。【方法】采用亚硒酸钠质量浓度0,25,50,100,150,200 mg/L的水溶液对藤茶进行叶面喷施,考察喷施硒后不同采摘时间藤茶中硒、黄酮、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量的动态变化规律。【结果】喷施100~200 mg/L硒溶液15~25 d后,藤茶硒含量明显增加;喷施50~200 mg/L硒溶液15~25 d后,藤茶中的黄酮、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、游离氨基酸的含量明显提高,藤茶硒含量及各有效成分的含量均在喷施150 mg/L硒溶液20 d后采摘的叶片中达到最大值。【结论】叶面喷硒可以改善藤茶品质,提高其营养保健价值,最适施硒质量浓度为150 mg/L,采摘时间为喷硒后20 d左右。

Effects of foliar application of selenium on selenium content and quality of Ampelopsis grossedentata
Abstract:
【Objective】The study was to explore the effects of foliar application with different selenium(Se)concentrations on Se content and quality of Ampelopsis grossedentata.【Method】NaSeO3 was sprayed on the leaves of A.grossedentata,the concentration of which was 0,25,50,100,150 and 200 mg/L respectively.The dynamic changes of contents of Se and effective ingredients (such as flavone,soluble protein,free amino acid and soluble sugar) in A.grossedentata were studied.【Result】Se content was increased significantly after 15-25 days with foliar application of Se,the concentration of which was 100-200 mg/L.When the Se concentration was 50-200 mg/L,the synthesis of flavone,soluble protein,free amino acid and soluble sugar in A.grossedentata were improved,and the content of these effective ingredients had significant rise after 15-25 days with foliar application of Se.The content of selenium and effective ingredients in A.grossedentata had the peak value after 20 days with foliar application of Se,the concentration of which was 150 mg/L.【Conclusion】It is thus clear that the quality and trophic value of A.grossedentata can be further improved by using foliar application of Se,which the optimum harvesting time is about 20 d after sprayed Se with 150 mg/L.
