基于人工脉动循环装置的汾河底泥耗氧速率试验研究

摘要:
【目的】研究汾河运城段底泥耗氧速率(SOD)变化的特点,分析SOD与化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH3-N)的相关性,解释底泥与河流水污染物的交换现象。【方法】根据汾河运城段河道及污染物排放的分布特点,2010-12沿程选取7个采样点,通过自制人工脉动循环装置对不同位置的SOD进行测定;同时,对采样点沿程水质的COD与氨氮(NH3-N)含量进行测定,分析SOD与COD、NH3-N的相关性。【结果】冬季枯水期汾河运城段沿程SOD波动较大,为1.621 2~10.847 0 mg/(m2·d),下游高于上游。SOD与COD之间的关系式为:SOD=0.003 8COD+2.962 7,R2=0.794 1;SOD与NH3-N之间的关系式为:SOD=0.083NH3-N+2.234 6,R2=0.617。SOD和COD存在较好的相关性,对底泥的物理结构进行分析可知,底泥与河流水之间存在着还原性物质交换。【结论】鉴于冬季枯水期汾河运城段SOD与COD、NH3-N存在较好的相关性,故在缺乏测定SOD试验条件的基础上,可以通过测定COD与NH3-N反求SOD。

Sediment oxygen demand test in Fen river based on artificial pulsation cycle device
Abstract:
【Objective】Changing characteristics of sediment oxygen demand were studied in Fen river of Yuncheng section.Correlation between sediment oxygen demand (SOD)and chemical oxygen demand (COD)and ammonia nitrogen was analyzed.Pollutant exchange phenomenon between sediment and river water was explained.【Method】According to the characteristics of channel and distribution of pollution emission,2010-12 seven sampling points were selected along the way.SOD was determined in different locations by artificial pulsation cycle device.At the same time,water quality of sampling points was determined.The value of main pollutants COD and NH3-N was obtained,then the correlation between SOD and COD and the correlation between SOD and NH3-N were analyzed.【Result】Sediment oxygen demand fluctuated greatly between 1.621 2-10.847 0 mg/(m2·d) during winter dry season in Fen river of Yuncheng section.The relationship between SOD and COD was SOD=0.003 8COD+2.962 7,R2=0.794 1,the relationship between SOD and NH3-N was SOD= 0.083NH3-N+2.234 6,R2=0.617.It showed that reducing substances exchanged between sediment and river water by the good correlation between SOD and COD and physical structure analysis for sediment.【Conclusion】In view of the good correlation among SOD,COD and NH3-N during winter dry season in Fen river of Yuncheng section,in the absence of experimental conditions for determining SOD,we could determine the value of COD and NH3-N to reverse the value of SOD.
