基于事例推理的水库防洪调度决策支持系统研究

摘要:
【目的】构建水库防洪调度决策支持系统,为水库洪水调度决策提供支持。【方法】将事例推理(CBR)技术应用到水库洪水调度中,建立基于CBR的水库防洪调度决策支持系统,并提出了系统关键技术的实现思路和方法。【结果】基于CBR的水库防洪调度决策支持系统的运行结果表明,系统能充分地将以往的洪水调度经验和调度模型结合起来,使调度结果更为合理、可行。【结论】所构建的系统具有较强的实用性,可以满足水库防洪调度决策的需要。

Research on CBR Based decision support system for reservoir flood control operation
Abstract:
【Objective】Reservoir flood control operation decision support system was developed in order to provide support for reservoir flood dispatching decision.【Method】The case-based reasoning technology of artificial intelligence was introduced into the reservoir flood dispatching,a decision support system for reservoir flood control operation was established based on case based reasoning technology,and the key techniques to implement the system were discussed.【Result】The runtime results indicated that CBR-based decision support system for reservoir flood control operation can fully integrate the historical dispatching experience and dispatching model,thus to gain much more reasonable,feasible and practical dispatching result,and the validity and practically of the system proposed are proved by its operating results.【Conclusion】The system has strong practical applicability and is capable of satisfying the demand of the reservoir flood dispatching.
