【目的】 研究复合维生素纳米乳对肉仔鸡生产性能和免疫力的影响。【方法】 选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只鸡(公母各半)。在基础日粮相同的前提下,研究不含(对照组)或含有稀释1 000倍(Ⅰ组)、2 000倍(Ⅱ组)、5 000倍(Ⅲ组)3个剂量复合维生素纳米乳的饮水,对肉仔鸡不同生长阶段生产性能和免疫力的影响。【结果】 与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组鸡死淘率、料质量比降低,出栏质量增加,差异均显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组鸡血清中白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性显著(P<0.05)高于对照组,各试验组总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量与对照组相比下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各组之间新城疫HI滴度差异不显著(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ组T淋巴细胞比例显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;各试验组半净膛率显著(P<0.05)高于对照组,全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和瘦肉率仅试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;试验Ⅰ组鸡腿肌的红度显著(P<0.05)低于对照组,黄度、亮度显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;各组之间免疫器官指数差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】 复合维生素纳米乳可在一定程度上提高肉鸡的生产性能和免疫力,在养殖业中具有广泛的应用前景。 |

【Objective】The research was to study the effects of composite vitamin nanoemulsion on growth performance and immunity of broilers.【Method】Four hundred one-day-old Arbor Acres chickens were randomly grouped to four treatments consisting of five replicates of 20 chicks(half male and half female).On the basis of basal diet,we-studied the effects of drinking water without (control) composite vitamin nanoemulsion and with three dosages of composite vitamin nanoemulsion of 1 000 times(Ⅰ),2 000 times(Ⅱ),5 000 times(Ⅲ) dilute solution on growth performance and immunity in broilers.【Result】The results showed that in the Ⅰ group the number of dead chickens and feed/gain decreased and slaughter weight increased,and there were significant differences (P<0.05);Serum albumin and alkaline phosphatase levels in the Ⅰ group were siginificantly higher (P<0.05) than that in control group,and the total cholesterol and triglyceride content in every test group decreased compared with the control group,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05);ND HI titers had no significant difference (P>0.05) in every group,T-lymphocyte percentage in the Ⅰ group were significantly (P<0.05) higher compared with that of the control group;Semi eviscerated percent in every test group was higher than that of the control group,and there were significant difference (P<0.05);Full-eviscerated percent,pectoral rate,thigh rate and muscle rate in the Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups were significantly (P<0.05) higher than those of the control group;In group Ⅰ the redness of chicken was significantly (P<0.05) lower and the yellowness and brightness were significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of the control group;The immune organ index had no significant difference (P>0.05) in every group.【Conclusion】To some extent,composite vitamin nanoemulsion can be used to increase the growth performance and immunity in broiler,and it has a wide range of application prospect in the aquaculture industry. |
