| 【目的】 明确球孢白僵菌MZ060812菌株对西花蓟马的致病性，为该菌株在农业害虫防治中的开发应用及后续研究奠定基础。【方法】 采用浸渍法，测定球孢白僵菌MZ060812菌株不同孢子浓度对西花蓟马成虫和若虫的致病性。【结果】 在3.0×105~3.0×108 mL-1浓度下,球孢白僵菌MZ060812菌株对西花蓟马成虫的致死中时间（LT50）值分别为9.61，6.63，5.57和4.49 d；致死中浓度（LC50）分别为3.307×108、1.528×107、4.030×106和5.839×105 mL-1。对若虫的LT50值分别为8.51，6.81，5.00和4.02 d；LC50分别为2.352×107、4.933×106、2.151×106和5.068×106 mL-1。【结论】 球孢白僵菌MZ060812菌株对西花蓟马有较好的防治效果。 |

| Detection of pathogenicity of Beauveryia bassiana MZ060812 against Frankliniella occidentalis |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】 In order to offer foundation for further study and exploration of the strain against pests,the pathogenicity of Beauveryia bassiana MZ060812 on Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) was proved.【Method】 Under different spore concentrations of Beauveryia bassiana MZ060812,the pathogenicity of it against adults and nymphae of western flower thrips in dipping process was measured.【Result】 The results showed,the adult of LC50 was respectively 3.307×108,1.528×107,4.030×106and 5.839×105 spores/mL,LT50 9.61,6.63,5.57 and 4.49 day respectively with concentration from 3.0×105 to 3.0×108 conidia/mL;the larvae of LC50 was respectively 2.352×107,4.933×106,2.151×106 and 5.068×106 spores/mL,LT50 8.51,6.81,5.00 and 4.02 day respectively with concentration from 3.0×105 to 3.0×108 conidia/mL.【Conclusion】 The control effect of Beauveryia bassiana MZ060812 on adults and nymphae of Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) was good. |
