不同化学催熟剂对油菜光合生理及产量与品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】 探明化学催熟剂的催熟效果及其与生长调节剂的协同作用。【方法】 在油菜正常生长成熟前8~10 d喷施化学催熟剂,研究其对油菜角果皮光合特性、叶绿素含量以及产量与含油量的影响。【结果】 含敌草快的处理对叶绿素含量影响较大;含农达处理的影响较小。与对照相比,不同催熟剂处理后的油菜产量均有不同程度的下降,其中0.3%敌草快处理减产30.44%,0.5%CEPA+0.3%敌草快处理减产23.24%,0.15%ABA+0.5%农达处理减产10.45%,0.5%农达处理减产5.91%。【结论】 生产上推荐使用0.5%农达+0.15%ABA,或者用0.1%敌草快+0.5%CEPA进行化学催熟,可以获得较为理想的催熟效果。

Effect of different chemical ripening agents on photosynthetic physiology and yield and quality in rapeseed
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study was done to explore the ripening effect of chemical ripening and its relationship with growth regulator.【Method】 8-10 d before the rape normal matured chemical ripening agents were sprayed,to study the characteristics of rape pod photosynthesis,chlorophyll content and the impact of yield and oil content.【Result】 Diquat (A1,A2) had a greater impact on the chlorophyll content;Nonda (A3,A4) had less impact on the treatment,the yield of different ripening agent treatments,compared with the control,reduced to varying degrees,and 0.3% Diquat treatment cut 30.44%,0.5% CEPA+0.3% Diquat treatment cut 23.24%,0.15% ABA+0.5% Nonda,compared with the control of agricultural processing,cut up 10.45%,0.5% Nonda up to deal with farmers cut 5.91%,compared with the control.【Conclusion】 0.5% Nonda+0.15% ABA,or 0.1% Diquat+0.5% CEPA are recommended for chemical ripening.
