| 【目的】 研究土壤含水量对结果期温室辣椒(Capsicum annuumL.)生长、果实品质、干物质分配及水分利用效率的影响,以确定温室辣椒结果期的最佳土壤含水量,提高设施蔬菜水分利用效率。【方法】 以精选牛角椒为研究对象,经4个土壤含水量(土壤含水量分别为田间持水量的40%~55%(A1),55%~70%(A2),70%~85%(A3)和85%~100%(A4))的水分处理后,测定并分析植株生长、果实品质、干物质分配、产量和水分利用效率的变化规律。【结果】 在土壤含水量为田间持水量的70%~85%时,同化物在辣椒地上和地下部分的分配更趋合理,产量最高,为6.05 kg/m2;在土壤含水量为田间持水量的55%~70%时,辣椒果实品质各项指标均达到最大值,其中Vc、游离氨基酸、可溶性总糖和可溶性蛋白质含量分别为1.16 mg/g,363.6 μg/g,19.4 mg/g和19.7 mg/g,此时水分利用率也最大,为28.66 kg/m3,分别比A1、A3、A4处理提高了19.5%,30.3%和51.3%。【结论】 综合考虑水分对果实品质、干物质分配以及水分利用效率和产量的影响后认为,土壤含水量为田间持水量的55%~70%,可以作为辣椒结果期理想的土壤水分控制指标。 |

| 【Objective】 The influence of soil moisture on the growth of greenhouse pepper(Capsicum annuum L.),fruit quality,the accumulation and distribution of dry matter and water utility efficiency was studied to select the scope of the optimum soil moisture indicator of greenhouse pepper of fruiting stage.【Method】 Horns pepper was researched by the four soil moisture levels (field capacity 40%-55%-A1,55%-70%-A2,70%-85%-A3,85%-100%-A4) to measure the change rule of plant growth,fruit quality,the accumulation and distribution of dry matter and water utility efficiency.【Result】 The results indicated that the highest output was 6.05 kg/m2 and assimilation of distribution on the ground and the underground sections was more reasonable,in the field capacity of soil moisture content 70%-85% conditions.When soil water accounted for 55%-70% of the field capacity,quality indicators reached the maximum:Vc 1.16 mg/g,free amino acids 363.6 μg/g,soluble sugar 19.4 mg/g and soluble protein 19.7 mg/g respectively.And water utility efficiency in the conditions was also the largest (28.66 kg/m3),respectively increased by 19.5%,30.3% and 51.3% compared with A1,A3,A4. 【Conclusion】 Taking into consideration of the effects of soil moisture on fruit quality,the distribution of dry matter,water utility efficiency and fruit yield,the field capacity 55% to 70% could be used as an ideal soil moisture indicator of fruiting stage of greenhouse pepper. |
