| 【目的】 研究四翅滨藜(Atyiplex canescens)对不同类型盐碱化土壤的吸盐效果, 为合理利用盐碱地资源及改善盐碱地的生态环境提供参考。【方法】 于2008-04-09,采用盆栽试验,将1年生美国四翅滨藜栽植于苏打盐化潮土、碱化潮土、盐土、混合盐化潮土、硫酸盐盐化潮土和氯化物盐化潮土中,测定四翅滨藜在一个生长期内对6种不同类型盐碱化土壤含盐量和pH值的影响,同时测定四翅滨藜叶片含水率的动态变化和净光合速率(Pn)的日变化规律。【结果】 与土壤最初含盐量相比,四翅滨藜对5种(碱化潮土除外)类型盐碱化土壤含盐量的降低效果均达极显著(P<0.01)水平,其在同一发育时期对不同盐碱化土壤的吸盐能力存在差异;四翅滨藜对碱化潮土的pH 值没有明显影响,对其他类型盐碱化土壤pH的改变达到显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)水平。不同类型盐碱化土壤(碱化潮土除外)上生长的四翅滨藜,其叶片含水率没有显著差异(P>0.05),叶片Pn日变化趋势也基本一致,其中在硫酸盐盐化潮土上生长的四翅滨藜叶片的Pn最大,在盐土上生长的Pn最低。【结论 】 四翅滨藜对苏打盐化潮土、硫酸盐盐化潮土、混合盐化潮土的改良效果较好,对氯化物盐化潮土、盐土也有一定的改良效果,但不适合在碱化潮土上生长。 |

| 【objective】 The analysis of salt absorbing effect on Atyiplex canescens to six types of saline alkali soils,was studied to provide rational utilize resource of saline-sodic soil and to guide the improvements of environments of alkaline saline soils.【Method】 The experiments were conducted from Apr.to Sep.in 2008.The plant materials were one-year-old American A.canescens,been potted in 6 types of saline soil,namely soda saline moisture soils,alkalized moisture soil,saline soil,mixture saline moisture soils,sulphate saline moisture soil and chloride saline moisture soil.The improved impacts of A.canescens on these 6 types of saline soils,including salt quantity in different soils,pH,quantitative change of water in leaves and net photosynthesis ratio change in leaves were studied.【Result】 To 5 types of saline soils A.canescens had obvious difference yet remarkable effect in absorbency of diverse salt.In various development periods the absorbency of diverse salt was different.A.canescens couldn’t change the pH in Alkaline moisture soil,but had significant effects on pH in other soils.There was no influence in quantitative change of water in leaves.The trends of net photosynthesis ratio change in leaves on different saline soil were the same.The maximum value of Pn in leaves appeared in the A.canescens growing on sulphate saline moisture soil,the minimum Pn in leaves in the A.canescens growing on saline soil. 【Conclusion】 Best effects of A.canescens growing on soda saline moisture soil,sulphate saline moisture soil and mixture saline moisture soil were shown.The A.canescens still had some good influences on chloride saline moisture soil and saline soil,but it can not grow in alkalized moisture soil. |
