小麦型日粮添加木聚糖酶对肉鸡生产性能和血液生化指标的影响

摘要:
[目的]研究不同剂量木聚糖酶对肉鸡生产性能和部分血液指标的影响,为木聚糖酶在家禽小麦型饲粮中的应用提供理论依据.[方法]将240只1日龄爱拔益加肉仔鸡随机分为4个处理,每处理5个重复,每重复12只,研究含400 g/kg小麦的基础饲粮中添加不同水平木聚糖酶(0,500,1 000,5 000 U/kg),对肉仔鸡生产性能及血液中葡萄糖、尿酸、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)的影响,试验分1~21 d和22~42 d两期进行.[结果]添加木聚糖酶不影响1~21,22~42及1~42 d肉仔鸡的体增质量、采食量及血液中葡萄糖、尿酸、胰岛素和IGF-Ⅰ的含量(P>0.05),但可显著改善1~21和1~42 d肉仔鸡的饲料转化率(P<0.05).[结论]添加低剂量(500 U/kg)木聚糖酶可显著提高肉仔鸡饲料转化率,高剂量(5 000 U/kg)木聚糖酶对肉仔鸡的生产性能和内分泌无改善作用,但也未产生负面生化效应.

Effects of xylanase on performance and blood biochemical parameters of broilers fed on wheat-based diets
Abstract:
【Objective】 The trial was conducted to study the effects of supplementing different levels of xylanase on performance and blood parameters of broilers.【Method】 240 one-day-old broilers were randonly divided into 4 treatments,with 5 replicates of 12 broilers each.The wheat based diets were supplemented with 0,500,1 000,5 000 U/kg xylanase.The experiment periods were starter phase (1 to 21 d) and grower phase (22 to 42 d).【Result】 Xylanase supplementation had no effects on daily weight gain and feed intake of broilers (P>0.05) ,but significantly improved the feed conversion ratio of broiler in 1 to 21 d and 1 to 42 d (P<0.05).The contents of blood glucose, uric acid,insulin and IGF-Ⅰ were not affected by xylanase supplementation.【Conclusion】 Low level of xylanase addition (500 U/kg) significantly improved the feed conversion ratio of broiler while excess level of xylanase (5 000 U/kg) had no further improvement on performance and blood parameters and no negative biochemical effects on broilers.
