迷宫灌水器中泥沙淤积特性研究

摘要:
[目的]研究泥沙颗粒引起的灌水器堵塞问题,为高抗堵性灌水器的研制提供参考依据.[方法]在灌水器90°和45°2种放置方式下,测试并分析了不同含沙量(0.5,1.0,1.5和2.0 kg/m2)、不同灌水器进口压力(0.09,0.06和0.03 MPa)下,浑水中的泥沙在迷宫灌水器中的淤积现象、淤积部位、淤积过程、淤积量及浑水流量的变化.[结果]①试验中泥沙在灌水器中间段与进、出口段发生淤积的概率分别约为18%和37%~45%.②两种灌水器放置方式对泥沙在其中淤积的部位与过程没有明显影响.③迷宫灌水器中泥沙的淤积与普通管道中泥沙的沉积现象有很大差异,其特殊的边界可能使其中水流在较小流速时仍具有一定的紊动能,从而不出现泥沙在流道纵断面方向的沿程沉积现象.[结论]①泥沙在迷宫灌水器中的淤积表现为起始淤积单元的随机性与淤积部位的规律性.②泥沙在迷官流道中的淤积是一个既突然又逐步发展的过程,且总是充满流道的整个横断面.③泥沙淤积发生以后,通过灌水器的浑水流量会很快大幅度下降,并且随着淤积向上游的持续发展,流量逐渐减小.④浑水含沙量的提高会加快泥沙在灌水器中的淤积过程.

Study on sedimentation characteristics in labyrinth emitter

Abstract:
【Objective】 The research was to study the problem of emitter blockage caused by sediment and to provide a basis for developing new labyrinth emitter with high blockage resistance. 【Method】 Aiming at two different placements of the emitter 90°and 45°,we tested and analyzed the phenomena, positions, process and amount of sediment deposition,and the variation process of muddy water discharge in the labyrinth emitter under the circumstance of different sediment concentrations in water (0.5,1.0 and 2.0 kg/m3) and different emitter inlet pressure (0.09,0.06 and 0.03 Mpa). 【Result】 ①The probability of sedimentation occurred in midway and inlet-outlet sections of the labyrinth emitter were 18% and 37%-45%;②The placements of the emitter had no obvious effects on the sedimentation position and process; ③The sedimentation phenomena occurred in labyrinth emitter and ordinary pipeline had remarkable differences, the flow in labyrinth emitter may keep high turbulent energy at lower velocity for its special boundary of the labyrinth emitter,so that the sedimentation would not appear in longitudinal section. 【Conclusion】 ①The sedimentations in labyrinth emitter had random characteristics for the original sedimentation cell and the regularity for the sedimentation position.;②The sedimentation process in the labyrinth path was both abrupt and gradual and the sediment deposition always existed in the whole cross section of the labyrinth path;③The muddy water discharge of the emitter decreased as a big range at the beginning of sedimentation occurred and then it reduced gradually with the development of the sedimentation;④The increase of sediment concentration in water accelerated the sedimentation process in labyrinth emitter.
