模拟施肥条件下养分对生防放线菌数量的影响

摘要:
[目的]探索从施肥途径增加土壤中生防放线菌数量的可行性.[方法]采用室内模拟试验,研究自然和灭菌条件下无机养分,有机养分,无机+有机养分对土壤中接人生防放线菌数量的影响.[结果]在自然和灭菌条件下,①向土壤中加入有机养分后,供试放线菌数量大幅度增加,11号与12号放线菌的平均数量分别较对照增加了2.56,20.30倍和14.02,11.92倍.②向土壤中加入有机+无机养分时,11号与12号放线菌平均检出量分别较不加养分对照增加了4.17,19.96倍和12.69,11.96倍.③向土壤中加入无机养分,11号菌平均数量在自然条件下较对照减少51%,在灭菌条件下较对照增加了18%;12号菌平均数量在自然和灭菌条件下较对照分别减少了0.33%和8%.方差分析显示,在自然和灭菌条件下,单施有机养分及有机+无机养分处理,低量、中量、高量处理放线菌数量极显著高于对照(P<0.01),且处理之间差异也达极显著水平(P<0.01).[结论]向土壤中施入有机养分或有机与无机混合养分,可显著促进接入生防放线菌在土壤中生长繁殖,提高生防放线菌的防病促生效果.

Effect of nutrients on the quantity of soil bio-control actinomycetes under simulated fertilization

Abstract:
【Objective】 The study was to explore the capability of increasing bio-control actinomycetes by fertilizing.【Method】 A simulated experiment was carried out to study the effect of inorganic nutrients,organic nutrients,inorganic and organic nutrients on the quantity of inoculating bio control actinomycetes in soil under unsterilized and sterilized conditions.【Result】 The results indicated that,under unsterilized and sterilized conditions,the quantity of actinomycetes increased greatly when adding organic nutrient to soil;The average quantity of actinomycetes respectively increased 2.56 and 20.30 times for the 11#,14.02 and 11.92 times for the 12# compared with CK.②The average quantity of actinomycetes respectively increased by 4.17 and 19.96 times for 11# ,12.69 and 11.96 times for 12#,when adding the mixture of organic and inorganic nutrients compared with CK.③The quantity of 11# actinomycetes decreased by 51% compared with CK under unsterilized condition,increased by 18% compared with CK under sterilized condition when adding inorganic nutrient to soil.For 11# actinomycetes under the two conditions, the quantity respectively decreased by 0.33% and 8% compared with CK.The variance analysis indicated that the quantities of actinomycetes among low amount,middle amount and high amount nutrient treatment had significant difference under unsterilized and sterilized conditions in the mix treatment. 【Conclusion】 So it’s known that organic nutrient and mixture of the two could significantly promote the growth of inoculating bio-control actinomycetes and improve the effect of its disease resistance and growth promotion.
