日粮添加茶多酚对肉鸡生产性能及肌肉抗氧化性能的影响

摘要:
[目的]探讨日粮中添加茶多酚对肉鸡生产性能及抗氧化性能的影响.[方法]将21日龄健康艾维茵肉鸡180只随机分为3组(公母各半),日粮分别添加0(对照组(Ⅰ)),200(试验组(Ⅱ)),400(试验组(Ⅲ)) mg/kg茶多酚,试验期为21 d.42日龄时每组重复抽取4只鸡(公母各半)采血并取胸肌,测定超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及血浆和胸肌4 ℃冷藏1,3,5,7,9 d时的丙二醛(MDA)含量,并测定总增重、料肉比和全净膛重.[结果]日粮中添加不同水平的茶多酚,均能提高肉鸡的生产性能和屠体性能,但差异不显著(P>0.05).试验组公、母鸡血浆中的CAT活性均显著高于对照组(P>0.05),公、母鸡的GSH-PX活性和公鸡的T-SOD活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),母鸡的T-SOD活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05).试验组公、母鸡胸肌中的GSH-PX和母鸡的T-SOD活性高于对照组,试验组公鸡的T-SOD活性低于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅲ组公鸡胸肌中的CAT活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但母鸡的CAT活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05).胸肌冷藏7 d后,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组公、母鸡胸肌中时MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);冷藏9 d后,试验组和对照组鸡的MDA含量均较冷藏7 d时有所下降.[结论]茶多酚能降低料肉比,提高胸肌和血浆中的抗氧化物酶活性,降低MDA含量,且添加茶多酚对肉鸡生产性能和肌肉抗氧化性能的影响存在性别差异.

Effect of dietary supplementation of tea catechins on growth performance and antioxidant of chicken muscle
Abstract:
【Objective】 The effect of supplementation of dietary tea catechins (TC) on growth performance and antioxidant performance was evaluated.【Method】 180 21-day-old broilers were randomly divided into three treatments and 0(ControlⅠ),200 (ExperimentsⅡ),400 (ExperimentsⅢ)mg/kg TC was fed for 21 d respectively. 42-day-old broilers were slaughtered for blood drawing.Breast meat sample and plasma of the antioxidant enzymes and Malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th and 9th d when the samples were stored at 4 ℃.The enzymes included superoxide dismutase (T-SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX), catalase(CAT).Gain weight,intake feed and feed-gain rate were measured,too.【Result】 The differences were not significant (P>0.05),though the supplementation of different levels of tea catechins could enchance the growth and slaughter performance.The chicken's CAT activity was significantly higher than that of control groups in blood (P>0.05).The activity of GSH-PX and T-SOD was significantly higher than that of control groups (P<0.05),except for female-chicks T-SOD in blood and verse.In breast meat,the activity of GSH-PX and T-SOD was significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.05),except for male-chicks T-SOD and verse;the activity of CAT in male Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of control groups (P<0.05),but that of the female was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Storage on 7th day at 4 ℃,MDA of the experiment groups was significantly lower than that of control groups(P<0.05),and declined on the 9th day.【Conclusion】 Tea catechins can increase body gain,decrease feed meat ratio and the MDA value,and improve the activity of antioxidant enzyme,and gender differences exist in TC diet in the effects on the growth performance and antioxidant of chicken muscle.
