| [目的]分析粳稻上部三叶形态性状的遗传效应,评价亲本的利用途径.[方法]利用3个粳稻BT型不育系和6个粳型恢复系配制不完全双列杂交组合,测量其上部三叶的叶长、叶宽、叶厚并计算叶面积,采用加性-显性-上位性遗传模型,计算分析上述性状的遗传效应.[结果]剑叶面积、倒二叶厚、倒三叶长主要受基因加性效应的影响,剑叶长、剑叶宽、剑叶厚、倒二叶宽、倒三叶厚主要受基因显性效应的影响,倒二叶长、倒二叶面积、倒三叶宽、倒三叶面积主要受基因加性×加性上位性效应的影响,基因加性×加性上位性效应仅在部分组合中存在显著效应.[结论]94FR30是改良剑叶宽、剑叶面积、倒三叶面积、倒三叶长性状的优良亲本. |

| Genetic effect analysis of top three leaf shape trait in paddy rice |

| Abstract: |
| 【Objective】 The study was to analyse genetic effect of top three leaf shape trait in paddy rice and to evaluate the use of parents.【Method】 Genetic effect analysis of top three leaf shape trait was based on the experiment of paddy rice by using an addative-dominance-epistatic genetic model.The crosses were made by using six steriling lines(BT) and six resume lines in incomplete diallel crosses.Leaf length,leaf width and leaf thick of top three leaf were measured and leaf area was calculated,genetic effect account and the traits were analysed.【Result】 The results showed that top first leaf area,top second leaf thick and top third leaf length were mainly affected by gene addative effects.Top first leaf length,width and thick,and top second leaf width and third top leaf thick were mainly affected by gene dominance effects.Top second leaf length and area,top third leaf width and area were mainly affected by gene addative×addative epistatic effects.Gene addative and addative epistatic effect have significant effects on some crosses.【Conclusion】94FR30 was good parent to improve top first leaf width and area,top third leaf area and top third leaf length. |
