[目的]明确保存的甘薯种质资源的遗传背景,为甘薯杂交育种提供理论依据.[方法]应用ISSR分子标记技术,对34份甘薯种质资源进行了遗传多样性分析.[结果]15个ISSR引物在34份甘薯种质材料中共扩增出2 187条带,其中多态性带有1 099条,平均每个引物扩增出73.27条多态性带,多态性百分率为50.25%;聚类分析将34份甘薯种质材料划分为4大类.[结论]明确了具有代表性的甘薯种质材料的遗传背景,为今后甘薯杂交育种提供了初步理论依据. |

Abstract: |
【Objective】 The study determined the genetic diversity of sweet potato to give the theoretical basis for the breeding of sweet potato.【Method】 The ISSR marker technology was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 34 sweet potato varieties.【Result】 2187 total bands were amplified from 34 sweet potato varieties with 15 ISSR primers,among which were 1099 polymorphic bands.The polymorphic percentage was 50.25%.The 34 sweet potato varieties were clustered into four groups.【Conclusion】 The genetic diversity of these varieties was determined by the analysis,which gives the theoretical basis for the breeding of sweet potato. |
