柚皮中柚皮苷的超声波辅助提取条件研究

摘要:
[目的]探讨超声波辅助提取柚皮中柚皮苷的优化工艺条件.[方法]通过单因素试验考察了提取温度、提取时间、固液比、乙醇体积分数及提取功率5个因素对柚皮苷提取率的影响,并在此基础上用正交试验进行工艺参数的优化.[结果]当提取时间为1 h时,超声波辅助提取柚皮苷的较优工艺条件为:提取温度50 ℃,固液比1:30,乙醇体积分数50%,提取功率25 W.[结论]在试验所得优化工艺条件下柚皮苷提取率为5.437%.

Study on the ultrasonic wave extracting conditions of naringin from pummelo peel
Abstract:
【Objective】 The research was to study the optimum conditions for extracting naringin from pummelo peels with ultrasound extraction technology.【Method】 The effects of ultrasonic temperature,time,power,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol concentration factors on the naringin extraction rate were investigated by single-factor experiments.Based on the above work,the orthogonal layout method was used in the optimization of technological parameters.【Result】 When extraction time was 1 hour,the optimum conditions of ultrasound extraction on naringin were as follows:ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶30,ethanol concentration 50% and ultrasonic power 25 W.【Conclusion】 The extraction rate of naringin was 5.437%.
