植物生长调节物质对桃花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响

摘要:
[目的]研究不同质量浓度的赤霉素、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)、奈乙酸和多效唑等5种生长调节物质对桃花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响.[方法]采集桃花粉,配制含不同质量浓度赤霉素、6-BA、2,4-D、奈乙酸和多效唑的培养液,用花粉液体培养法培养花粉,研究不同质量浓度植物生长调节物质对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响.[结果](1)较低质量浓度的赤霉素、6-BA、2,4-D能促进桃花粉萌发和花粉管生长,但超过一定质量浓度时起抑制作用,最适宜的质量浓度是:赤霉素25~100 mg/L,6-BA 12.5~25 mg/L,2,4-D 0.5~5 mg/L.(2)奈乙酸对桃花粉萌发和花粉管生长有抑制作用,抑制程度随质量浓度的提高而增强.(3)多效唑对桃花粉萌发起抑制作用,其抑制程度随质量浓度的提高而增强,但在50~100 mg/L时对桃花粉管生长却有促进作用,其最适宜花粉管生长的质量浓度为100 mg/L.[结论]赤霉素、6-BA和2,4-D促进桃花粉萌发和花粉管生长的适宜质量浓度分别是25~100,12.5~25和0.5~5 mg/L;奈乙酸对桃花粉萌发和花粉管生长有抑制作用;多效唑对桃花粉萌发起抑制作用,但在50~100 mg/L时对桃花粉管生长却有促进作用.

Effects of plant growth regulating substances on pollen germination and tube growth in Chaohong peach
Abstract:
【Objective】 The effects of five plant growth regulating substances such as GA3,6-BA,2,4-D,NAA and PP333 with different mass concentrations on pollen germination and tube growth of Chaohong peach were studied.【Method】 Peach pollen was gathered and cultivating liquid was confected,including the plant growth regulating substances with different mass concentrations,the method of liquid media to cultivate pollen was taken in order to research the effects of plant growth regulating substances with different mass concentrations on pollen germination and pollen tube growth.【Result】 Results showed that GA3,6-BA,2,4-D would stimulate pollen germination and tube growth when they were in lower mass concentrations,but they would inhibit pollen germination and tube growth when they were in higher mass concentrations,the most suitable mass concentrations that would stimulate pollen germination and tube growth were 25-100 mg/L,12.5-25 mg/L and 0.5-5 mg/L;NAA inhibited pollen germination and tube growth,the inhibitoty effect became stronger with the increase of the mass concentration;PP333 had inhibitoty effect on pollen germination,the inhibitory effects became stronger with the increase of the mass concentration,while it had stimulating effect on pollen tube growth when it was in lower mass concentration.The most suitable mass concentration for pollen tube growth was 100 mg/L.【Conclusion】 The most suitable mass concentrations that stimulated pollen germination and tube growth of GA3,6-BA and 2,4-D were 25-100 mg/L,12.5-25 mg/L and 0.5-5 mg/L,NAA inhibited pollen germination and tube growth;PP333 had inhibitoty effect on pollen germination,while it had stimulating effect on pollen tube growth when it was in the mass concentration of 50-100 mg/L.
