7个紫花苜蓿品种开花习性与结荚关系的动态研究

摘要:
[目的]探讨紫花苜蓿品种开花习性与结荚性的关系,为进行科学杂交和提高种子品质及产量提供依据.[方法]采用田问调查的方法,分别对7个紫花苜蓿品种的单个花絮小花数、开花与结荚动态、单个花序结荚数、单个荚内种子数及其相关性进行了观察研究.[结果]晴天时,7个紫花苜蓿品种开花均始于7:00左右,终于19:00左右;龙骨瓣一般9:00以后开放,10:00~15:00是龙骨瓣开放高峰期,也是昆虫活动的高峰时期;7个紫花苜蓿品种结荚过程呈现类似规律,即开始时结荚数不断增加,达到一定水平后保持稳定,而后基本不再变化.关中苜蓿、固原紫花的单个花序小花数、单个花序结荚数和单个荚内种子数较国外引进的5个紫花苜蓿品种低,单个花序小花数与单个花序结荚数呈显著正相关,与单个荚内种子数呈极显著正相关;单个花序结荚数与单个荚内种子数相关不显著.[结论]10:00~15:00是苜蓿授粉的高峰时期,也是进行苜蓿杂交的最佳时期.

Dynamic study on the relationship between flowering and podding of 7 varieties Medicago sativa L.
Abstract:
【Objective】 The study was to provide a basis for scientific hybrid and improve seed quality and yield of Medicago sativa L..【Method】 A field survey method is used in this paper to conduct a study on the relationship between the flowering and pod ding in 7 Medicago sativa L.varieties.【Result】 The flowers of Medicago sativa L.bloomed from 7:00 to 19:00 in daytime only.The time of keel's blooming is generally after 9:00,while the flowering peak of Medicago sativa L.which is insect activity peak falls on 10:00-15:00.There is a similar law in the podding process of 7 Medicago sativa L.varieties,namely the number of pods of 7 Medicago sativa L.keeps in creasing until reaching maximum,and then keep stable.7 varieties of Medicago sativa L.have obvious flowering peaks.7 Medicago sativa L.varieties'single inflorescence florets is remarkably correlated with a single inflorescence pods number,and was significantly positive correlation with the number of single pod seeds.But the correlated is not significant between the number of single inflorescence pods with a single pod seed.【Conclusion】 The peak period of Medicago sativa L.pollination is 10:00-15:00,which is the best time for cross breeding.
