一氧化氮对切花月季瓶插过程中乙烯合成代谢的影响

摘要:
为了分析外源NO处理对切花月季瓶插过程中乙烯生物合成代谢的影响。以月季切花为试材,用NO供体硝普钠(SNP)和NO清除剂PTIO(2-phenyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide)瓶插处理切花月季,研究外源NO供体SNP对月季切花的保鲜作用。结果表明,0.1 mmol/L SNP释放的NO可降低月季切花的萎蔫率,延长瓶插寿命,增加花枝鲜重,抑制花瓣中花色素苷含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的升高,抑制月季呼吸速率和乙烯释放量并延缓二者跃变高峰的出现,抑制脂氧合酶(LOX)、ACC合成酶(ACS)、ACC氧化酶(ACO)活性的上升及ACC含量累积,用PTIO处理则获得了理想的反证结果。以上结果表明,NO对切花月季衰老的调节与月季花瓣中乙烯生物合成相关。

Effects of nitric oxide on ethylene synthesis and metabolism of cut rose during vase
Abstract:
To study the effect of exogenous NO and the ethylene biosynthesis in petals of cut rose,with sodium nitroprusside(SNP) used as a nitric oxide(NO) doner,its scavenger PTIO(2-phenyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) were used for experimentation.The results showed that NO resulting from 0.1 mmol/L SNP aqueous solution decreased wilt rate,increased fresh mass,prolonged vase life,slowed down the increase of anthocyanin content and PAL activity,decreased the respiration rate and ethylene production,delayed the respiration and ethylene peaks,inhibited the increase of LOX,ACS and ACO activity,and decreased ACC accumulation.The contrary results were obtained in PTIO treated flowers.
