Ni/Fe二元金属对对氯苯酚废水的催化降解作用

摘要:
采用自制的Ni/Fe对含有对氯苯酚(p-CP)的废水进行脱氯处理,并研究了Ni/Fe配比、添加浓度、pH、反应温度及氯原子取代数目对Ni/Fe催化降解氯代苯酚的影响。结果表明,Ni/Fe对p-CP的脱氯效率在其配比为2.95%时达到最高,此时Ni/Fe催化剂的比表面积为11.671 m2/g,是酸洗过Fe0的4.33倍;Ni/Fe添加浓度为3~12.0 g/L,p-CP的脱氯效率随Ni/Fe添加浓度的增加而升高;Ni/Fe对p-CP的脱氯效率随pH值的升高而降低;在温度≤43 ℃时,Ni/Fe的脱氯效率随温度升高而升高,反应为吸热反应;Ni/Fe对氯代苯酚的催化特性随Cl原子取代数目的增加而增强。Ni/Fe对含氯代苯酚废水有非常有效的催化降解效果。

Catalytic degradation of p-chlorophenol-contaminated water by Ni/Fe bimetallic
Abstract:
Ni/Fe bimetallic catalyst was used to catalytically dechlorinate p-CP in water,and the reaction parameters such as the proportion,adding concentration of Ni/Fe,pH value,temperature and chlorine ion number were discussed in details.The results indicated that Ni/Fe showed very catalytic effect on chloro phenol contaminated water;the catalytic activity achieved optimum at 2.95%,and the surface area of 2.95% Ni/Fe was 11.671 m2/g,4.33 times bigger than that of Fe0;p-CP's dechlorination efficiency increased with Ni/Fe's adding concentration between 3~12.0 g/L,but decreased with the increasing of pH value;and the reaction was proposed to be a endothermic reaction when temperature≤43 ℃;the catalytic property of Ni/Fe on chlorophenols increased with the increasing of chlorine atom number,which was probably attributed to ELUMO.
