刺参表皮溃烂病病原菌的分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘要:
为了确定刺参表皮溃烂病的病原菌,从山东省烟台和日照两个地区人工饲养的刺参中挑取具有明显症状的幼参,从体表病灶和体内组织中共分离得到15株细菌,利用人工感染试验、细菌形态观察及生理生化试验对其进行了鉴定。结果表明,引起山东省日照地区养殖场刺参表皮溃烂病的病原菌R-2为杀鲑气单胞菌(Aeromonas.salmonida);烟台地区养殖场的病原菌Y-1为中间气单胞菌(Aeromonas.media),Y-8为弧菌属的海弧菌生物变种I(Vibro.pelagius biovarI)。药敏试验结果表明,R-2对蒽诺沙星、氟苯尼考、硫酸庆大霉素敏感,对氧氟沙星、硫酸阿米卡星等8种抗生素不敏感;Y-1和Y-8仅对氟苯尼考敏感。

Isolation, identification and drug sensitivity of the pathogens of the skin ulceration disease in Apostichopus japonicus
Abstract:
In order to find the pathogens of the skin ulceration disease of Apostichopusjaponicus,the diseased Apostichopus japonicus were selected from Yantai and Rizhao of Shandong Province. 15 strains of bacterials were isolated from the diseased Apostichopus japonicus and 3 strains of them were comfirmed to be the pathogen of the disease by artificial infection test; R-2, Y-1, and Y-8. According to the results, morphological feature, physiological and biochemical characteristics were very similar to Aeromonas salmonida, Aas. media,and Vibro. pelagius biovar I. Experiments showed that R-2 was sensitive to enormycin, florfenicol and gentamycin sulfate, but it was insensitive to ofloxacin, amikacin sulfate and so on;Y-1 and Y-8 were only sensitive to florfenicol.
