丹参不育系Sh-B的植物学特征

摘要:
对在陕西商洛丹参中发现的不育株系Sh-B的植物学特征进行了观察。结果表明,根据花器官及花药的形态、大小以及花丝的长度,可以将其分为3个类型,即Sh-B1、Sh-B2和Sh-B3;这3种不育类型均属于雄性不育,其花丝较正常可育株短1倍以上,花药干瘪而瘦小,内无花粉粒或花粉无活力;根、茎、叶以及种子形态结构与正常可育植株基本相似。

Botanical characteristics of the Salvia miltiorrhiza sterile line Sh-B
Abstract:
Observation is performed to study the newly discovered male sterile plants from Shaanxi- Shangluo DanShen. Based on the morphology, size and filament length of flower organ and anther, the sterile plants of Shangluo DanShen are categorized to three types,Sh-B1, ShB2 and Sh-B3. All of them are male sterile plants and their filament length is over 50% less than that of normal fertile plants,while there are no pollen grain or very few pollen with no vigor within the wizened and smaller anther, though they resemble normal plants concerning the morphological characteristics of roots, stems,leaves and seeds.
