日粮中羊草不同添加水平对五龙鹅纤维和钙磷代谢的影响

摘要:
为了探讨日粮中羊草不同添加水平对五龙鹅纤维及钙磷代谢的影响,选取18月龄健康五龙鹅24只,随机分为4组,每组6只,分别饲喂添加127.0,167.0,210.0和258.0 g/kg羊草的日粮,调整各组日粮使其代谢能(ME)、粗蛋白(CP)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、蛋氨酸(Met)、赖氨酸(Lys)等水平基本一致。采用全收粪法进行消化代谢试验,以确定鹅对粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)及Ca、P的消化率,并对Ca、P消化率与CF、NDF和ADF的相关性进行了分析,建立了Ca、P消化率对CF、NDF和ADF的回归方程。结果表明,羊草添加水平在127.0~258.0 g/kg时,CF的消化率为13.00%~18.40%,NDF为14.10%~21.47%,ADF为15.40%~22.29%;随羊草添加水平的增加,各组间P消化率无显著差异(P>0.05),Ca消化率1,2和3组间无显著差异(P>0.05),但均显著高于第4组(P<0.05)。CF、NDF和ADF消化率之间存在显著相关关系,Ca、P消化率与CF、NDF和ADF的消化率呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。说明日粮中羊草添加水平为210.0 g/kg时,鹅对CF、NDF、ADF及Ca、P的消化率最佳。

Effect of different levels of Leymus chinensis on digestion and metabolism of fiber, calcium and phosphorus in Wulong Goose
Abstract:
The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of different levels of Leymus chinensis on digestion and metabolism of fiber,Ca and P in Wulong geese.Twenty-four eighteen-month-old healthy Wulong Geese were divided into 4 groups with 6 in each group.And with the same levels of ME,CP,Ca,P,Met and Lys,they were fed with diets which contained different Leymus chinensis powder proportions of 127.0,167.0,210.0 and 258.0 g/kg,respectively.Anus fecal method was adopted to determine the effect of different levels of Leymus chinensis on digestion and metabolism of fiber,Ca and P in geese.The correlation between Ca,P and CF,NDF,amd ADF was analyzed and linear regressive equations were thus set up.The results indicated that when the content of Leymus chinensis was at the range of 127.0-258.0 g/kg,CF digestibility changed within the range of 13.00%-18.40%,NDF within 14.10%-21.47% and ADF within 15.40%-22.29%.With the increasing of Leymus chinensis,there was no significant difference in the P digestibility between the four groups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the Ca digestibility in the 1st,2nd,3rd groups and the three groups were significantly higher than the 4th group(P<0.05).There were significantly negative correlation between Ca and P digestibility and the level of CF,NDF and ADF.The trial showed that there was optimal digestion ration of Ca,P CF,NDF,and ADF in the geese at the Leymus chinensis powder proportion of 210.0 g/kg.
