遮荫对半夏生物学特性的影响

摘要:
对山西产半夏进行了盆栽试验,研究其在全光照和遮荫处理下的生物学特性。结果表明,半夏是喜阴植物,遮荫55%和80%与全光照相比,叶长、叶宽、株高分别增加了38%和27%,8%和25%,59%和101%;叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量分别增加了17%和26%,28%和36%,10%和13%,叶绿素a/b减小;半夏的珠芽数量与鲜重分别增加了215%和101%,177%和56%。综合分析认为,遮荫55%可为半夏生长发育提供较适宜的环境条件,对珠芽数量和质量及半夏总产量的提高有重要意义。

Effects of shading treatment on biological characteristics of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit.
Abstract:
The biological characteristics of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Breit under different shading treatments were studied in the experiment in the basin containers.Results showed that P.ternata was a shade-loving plant.Compared with full sunlight,the average leaf length,width and plant height of P.ternata under 55% and 80% shading conditions increased by 38% and 27%,8% and 25%,59% and 101%,respectively;the contents of Chla,Chlb and Car increased by 17% and 26%,28% and 36%,10% and 13%,respectively and the content of Chla/b decreased.Besides,the fresh weight and the number of bulbils increased by 215% and 101%,177% and 56%,respectively.Based on above experiment results,we suggest that the fitting shading treatment is 55%,which is important for the quantity and yield inprovment of P.bulbils in the planting.
