青海云杉扦插的年龄效应及其生根机理研究

摘要:
采集青海云杉不同年龄母树的硬枝和嫩枝进行扦插试验,扦插前测定生长素(IAA)、脱落酸(ABA)、赤霉素(GA)、激动素(KT)等内源激素,酚类化合物和营养物质含量,探讨其与插穗生根率的关系。结果表明,随着母树年龄的增加,硬枝和嫩枝插穗中IAA,KT和GA含量及IAA/ABA和IAA/KT值均逐渐减少,ABA含量增加,生根率降低;全氮和酚类化合物含量与生根率呈负相关;插穗内全碳含量和C/N值与生根率正相关;嫩枝比硬枝插穗的生根率高。

Study on the age effect of cutting propagation of Picea crassifolia and its rooting mechanism
Abstract:
The cutting experiment has been done with handwood and softwood cuttings from different mother trees,and the relationship between plant endogenous hormones and rooting rate was discussed by measuring the content of IAA,ABA,GA,KT and hydroxy benzene compounds and nutritive material content before cutting.The results showed that ① As tree age increased,the contents of IAA,KT,GA reduced,IAA/ABA,IAA/KT in both handwoods and softwoods reduced and the contents of ABA increased,the rooting rate of the cuttings dropped.② Relationship between Hydroxybenzene compound and the rooting rate of the cuttings became inverse.③ It has significantly positive relationship between the rooting rate and C/N values in the cuttings at different ages.The rooting rate of softwood was higher than that of handwood.
