采用5个微卫星位点对4个绵羊品种(小尾寒羊、多浪羊、新疆细毛羊、阿勒泰羊)的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,5个微卫星位点在4个绵羊品种中的平均等位基因数分别为7,6.4,6和6个;多态信息含量分别为0.774 7,0.761 6,0.720 3和0.703 2;有效等位基因数分别为4.978 5,4.835 6,4.182 2和3.935 0;杂合度分别为0.814 4,0.806 2,0.719 7和0.716 7;信息熵分别为1.701 1,1.699 3,1.554 1和1.509 8。 |

Abstract: |
The genetic polymorphisms of five microsatellite locis(OarAE101,OarHH35,OarHH55,BM1329 and BM143) were analyzed in four sheep breeds(Small Tail sheep,Duo Lang sheep,Chinese Merino and ALe tai sheep).The numbers of average alleles for OarAE101,OarHH35,OarHH55,BM1329 and BM143 were 7,6.4,6 and 6 in four sheep breeds respectively.The polymorphism information contents were 0.774 7,0.761 6,0.720 3 and 0.703 2,the number of effective alleles 4.978 5,4.835 6,4.182 2 and(3.935 0),the heterozygosity 0.814 4,0.806 2,0.719 7 and 0.716 7,the Shannon's information index were 1.701 1,1.699 3,1.554 1 and 1.509 8. |
