| 以微量全血培养法制备染色体标本,对凉山半细毛羊和山谷型藏绵羊的染色体核型进行了比较。结果表明,凉山半细毛羊和山谷型藏绵羊二倍体细胞核型均为公羊2N=54,XY;母羊2N=54,XX。2品种羊6号、24号染色体相对长度差异显著(P<0.05),1号、15号、23号、25号染色体相对长度在P<0.10水平上存在差异,其余染色体相对长度差异均不显著(P>0.10)。第1号、2号、3号染色体的臂比指数差异不显著(P>0.10)。同源染色体不等长现象在凉山半细毛羊和山谷型藏绵羊中均存在,凉山半细毛羊条比值较山谷型藏绵羊高,其中1号染色体在P<0.10水平上显著高于山谷型藏绵羊。 |

| Comparative study on the karyotypes in Liangshan semifine-wool sheep and Tibetan sheep |

| Abstract: |
| Four Liangshan Semifine-Wool Sheep and four Tibetan Sheep were used to compare the karyotypes,which were employed on slides obtained from the peripheral blood cell culture.The result showed that:the number of diploid chromosome of the two breeds was 54(2n=54),the karyotype of ram 54,XY,and the ewe's 54,XX.There were significant differences in relative length of No.6 and No.24 chromosomes between the two breeds(P<0.05),the No.1,15,23,25 had significant differences between the two breeds at P<0.10 level,and the others had no significant differences(P>0.10).Some homologues chromosome were different in length in the two breeds,and the chromosome length ratios of No.1,2,3 in Liangshan Semifine-Wool sheep were higher than those in Tibetan sheep.And there was significant difference of No.1 between the two breeds(P<0.10). |
