种子丸粒化设备的设计及其试验

摘要:
根据种子丸粒化的农艺要求,提出了丸粒化设备的设计方案,介绍了其工作原理和各个部件的设计原理:丸粒釜采用整体荸荠式,转速实现无级调速,功率为3kW,倾角0°~45°可调;供料系统和出料系统均采用水平振动输料器,实现均匀进出料;烘干采用电加热式低温热风干燥,出风口温度限定在60 ℃以内;供液采用电动高压无气泵,流量为0~1.5 L/min可调,压力为0~18 MPa可调,喷头选用扇形实心雾喷头;控制系统设计为手动和自动2种模式;对油菜种子丸粒化的试验结果表明,自动模式下,每次喷液30 s以上(供液量在60 mL以上)、加粉超过20 s(粉料质量在1.2 kg以上)的工况时,油菜种子丸粒化质量较差;若每次喷液、加粉时间在12 s以内(供液量在25 mL以内,粉料质量在0.6 kg以内)时,油菜种子的丸粒化质量较高。

Design and experimental study on seed pelleter
Abstract:
Design scheme for seed pelleter was put forward according to agricultural requirements of seed pelleting.The working principle and design theory of individual compoments were introduced.The kettle was in shape as unitary chufa,whose rotate speed could be tuned up in stepless,and its obliquity could be adaptable in the range of 0-45 angel.The feeding and unloading system employed horizontal oscillator.Low-temperature-hot-air dryer was used to dry pelleted seeds,which was heated by electricity and its outlet temperature was controlled below 60 ℃.High-pressure-no-air electric pump was adopted to feed liquid material,its flux was adaptable in the range of 0-1.5 L/min,with pressure range of 0-18 MPa.The control system was designed in manual mode and automatic mode.Pelleting experiments for rapeseeds in automatic mode indicated that the pelleting quality was lower when liquid spraying time exceeded 30 s and powder adding time was more than 12 s.On the other hand,the quality was very good when liquid spraying time and powder adding time was less than 12 s.
