采用常规染色体标本制片技术,研究了紫毛兜兰(Paphiopedilum villosum)的染色体核型。结果表明,紫毛兜兰的体细胞染色体数目为2n=26,染色体相对长度系数(IRL)=4L+4M2+12M1+6S,核型公式为2n=2x=26=24 m+2 sm,由中部着丝粒染色体和近中部着丝粒染色体组成,未见随体结构;其核型属于Stebbins核型的1B型,核不对称系数为53.59%,从染色体水平证明紫毛兜兰在系统演化上属于较原始的特化种类。 |

A study on karyotype of Paphiopedilum villosum |

Abstract: |
Karyomophological study on Paphiopedilum villosumwas carried out by root tips squash method.The result shows that the number of the somatic chromosome of P.villosum is 2n=26,the index of relative length 4L+4M2+12M1+6S,the karyotype formula 2n=2x=26=24m+2sm.The diploid consists of metacentric and submetacentric chromosomes,but not satellites.The karyotype belongs to 1B type of Stebbins karyotypic symmetry.The index of karyotype asynnetry is 53.59%.The chromosomal characteristics prove that the P.villosum belongs to more primitive and specializational species. |
