cDNA-AFLP技术是以mRNA反转录的cDNA为模板进行AFLP分析,在保留AFLP多态性丰富、稳定性高、无需了解序列信息等优点的同时,集中显示了基因组表达序列的多态性差异,可对生物体转录组进行全面、系统的分析,并已成功地用于基因差异显示、表达基因遗传连锁作图和基因克隆等方面。文章综述了cDNA-AFLP在植物抗逆性相关基因表达特性分析及基因分离方面的应用。 |

cDNA-AFLP technique is a new AFLP technique with advantages of abundant polymorphism,high stability,dispensation and sequence information,with cDNA as templates reversely transcripted from mRNA of segregation population.Because of its reproducibility,accuracy and reliability,this technique has been developing as a common method to display gene differential expression,construct genetic linkage map of expression genes and clone genes.This paper introduced its application in displaying stress resistant gene differential expression and genes isolation. |
