超声波法提取沙棘果渣中总黄酮的最佳工艺研究

摘要:
采用超声波提取法从沙棘果渣中提取总黄酬,以正交试验法确定了总黄酮的最佳提取工艺,并与传统热回流提取法进行了比较。结果表明,超声提取沙棘果渣总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取液V(乙酸乙酯):V(体积分数95%乙醇)=3:7,料液比(m/V)为1:10,在温度50 ℃下提取30 min;提取方法的比较结果表明,超声提取法优于传统热回流提取法。

Research on ultrasonic wave extraction of total flavonoids from fruit marc of Hippophae rhamnoides L.
Abstract:
The ultrasonic extraction of total flanovonoids in the fruit marc of Hippophae rhamnoides L.was studied.The extraction process of total flanovonoids was optimized with orthogonal experiment,and there was a comparison between the ultrasonic method and the refluxing method.The results indicated that optimum extraction conditions were determined as follows:the mixture solution of V(ethyl acetate) and V(95%-ethanol)(3∶7) as extracting solvent,stock ratio 1∶10 (mass∶volume),temperature 50 ℃,time 30 min.And the ultrasonic method was superior to the refluxing technology.
