黑杨与白杨远缘杂交技术研究

摘要:
以白杨派中的河北杨、新疆杨和84K杨及黑杨派中的陕林3号、美黑57和I-69杨作为杂交亲本,研究了不同亲本组合的可配性,并采用冻融、油脂膜浸提液处理花粉及正己烷熏蒸或涂抹柱头等措施进行了黑白杨远缘杂交技术研究,对不同杂交组合采取不同措施处理后所获得的杂交种子数量、千粒重及芽苗数等进行了分析。结果表明,以黑杨作母本杂交的可配性高于以白杨作母本;对于美黑57×新疆杨杂交组合,采用正己烷熏蒸柱头的处理来克服杂交障碍的效果较为理想;而对河北杨×陕林3号杂交组合,采用正己烷涂抹柱头处理的杂交效果较好。

Technology of intersectional crossing between Sect.Aigeiros and Sect.Leuce
Abstract:
With P.hopeiensis,P.bolleana,P.alba×P.glandulosa and P.deltoides CL‘57’×P.bolleana,Shannlin-3,and P.deltoides cv.“Lux”I 69/55 as materials,the compatibility of different crossing combinations,and the technology of intersectional crossing between Sect.Aigeiros and Sect.Leuce were studied by suffocating and brushing stigma with hexane as well as treating pollen with freezing-thaw and tryphine.After different treatments,the numbers of hybrid seed,thousand seed weight and budded number were analyzed,and the results showed that,with Sect.Aigeiros as female parent,the crossing compatibility was higher than that with Sect.Leuce as female parent.In combination of P.deltoides CL‘57’×P.bolleana,the effect of suffocating stigma with hexane to break incompatible barriers was better,and for the combination of P.hopeiensis×Shannlin-3,the effect of brushing stigma with hexane to break incompatible barriers was more suitable.
