| 以加工番茄BO2和BO4无菌苗的子叶和下胚轴为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,研究了不同浓度的ZT,6-BA与不同浓度的IAA组合对外植体芽诱导的影响。结果表明,在不同浓度的ZT和IAA组合中,对2个番茄品种的子叶和下胚轴外植体芽诱导均以MS+1.0 mg/LZT+0.05mg/LIAA培养基为最好,BO2品种子叶和下胚轴的出芽率分别为32.7%和24.5%,BO4品种的分别为37.3%和28.2%;在不同浓度的6-BA和IAA组合中,诱导BO2外植体出芽率最高的培养基是MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/LIAA,子叶和下胚轴的出芽率分别为27.3%和14.5%;诱导BO4品种子叶和下胚轴出芽率最高的培养基分别为MS+1.0 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/L IAA和MS+2.0 mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/LIAA,子叶和下胚轴的出芽率均为28.2%;在MS+0.1 mg/L IAA培养基上,加工番茄BO2再生芽1周左右就能长出根,形成完整的小植株。 |

| Study on cotyledon and hypocotyl plant regeneration of processing tomato in vitro |

| Cotyledons and hypocotyls of BO2 and BO4 process tomatoes were used as explants to study the effects of different concentrations of ZT,6-BA combined with different concentrations of IAA on bud induction.The results showed that the best shoot induction medium for cotyledon and hypocotyls explants was MS+ZT 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.05 mg/L in different combinations of ZT and IAA.The shoot induction ratios were 32.7% and 24.5% for BO2 cotyledon and hypocotyls explants and 37.3% and 28.2% for BO4 cotyledon and hypocotyls explants respectively.Among different combinations of 6-BA and IAA,the best medium for BO2 was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L and the shoot induction ratio was 27.3% and 14.5% for cotyledon and hypocotyls explants respectively.The most suitable induction medium for cotyledon and hypocotyls explants of BO4 was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L and MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L respectively and the shoot induction ratio was 28.2%.The root could be induced after the regenerated buds were planted in MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L one week later. |
