| 针对我国西部农村劳动力转移能力不足的问题，结合对国外农村劳动力转移模式的比较及其启示，分析了我国西部农村劳动力转移能力的影响因素，提出了加大基础教育投入、完善职业教育培训体系及优化劳动力转移环境等措施与建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Inview of the poor transfer ability of country labor force in West China,and combining the transfer modes of foreign countries and the enlightenment,this paper analyzed the factors affecting the transfer of country labor force in China and put forward some suggestions including enlarging foundation education investment,perfecting occupation education training system and optimizing the environment of the labor force migration. |
