基于GIS的西安野生动植物园防洪规划系统研究

摘要:
采用Delphi7.0软件和Topmap ActiveX控件开发了西安野生动植物园防洪规划系统。该系统以水文分析及水利计算为依据,将地理数据与图形有效结合,实现了信息的可视化.可以直观地显示各种计算结果及规划方案,从而为管理部门进行项目策划及管理提供辅助信息和科学依据。

Study on planning system for flood control of Xi'an Wildlife Park based on GIS
Abstract:
A GIS system for flood control plan in Xi'an Wildlife Park is developed by using Delphi 7.0 software and TopMap ActiveX on the platform of Windows in this paper.The design basis for flood control plan scheme is provided through hydrological analysis and hydraulic calculation.This system realizes the visualization of information by combining geography data and figure effectively and shows all kinds of calculation results and planning schemes directly.So it can supply assistant information and science foundation for project planning and management.
