60Coγ射线对辅酶Q10产生菌三孢布拉氏霉的诱变选育

摘要:
采用不同剂量的60Coγ射线对辅酶Q10产生菌——三孢布拉氏霉JSF4菌株的孢子进行处理。结果表明,诱变剂量1.5 k Gy对孢子的致死率为85%,具有较好的诱变效果。经复筛,分离得到了1株F43菌株,其发酵平均单位达24.766 mg/L,较出发菌株提高了76%,且该菌株遗传性状稳定。

Studies on the screening of mutant of Blakeslea trispora on CoQ10 induced by 60Coγ radiation
Abstract:
The spore suspension of Blakeslea trispora was treated with different dosages of 60Co irradia tion.The study showed that when 1.5 kGy mutagenic dosage was provided,85 % of the spores died,resulting in a good mutagenic effect.By re-screening,a mutant F4-3 was obtained.Compared with the parent strain,its production of CoQ10 reached 24.766 mg/L,and the increase rate was 76%,and its genetic character was stable.
