杜仲乔林与叶林树皮中次生代谢物含量的比较

摘要:
通过同流提取法,对杜仲乔林与叶林2种栽培模式下树皮中次生代谢物的含撼差异进行了分析。结果发现,乔林树皮中杜仲醇、总黄酮和杜仲胶的含量均比叶林树皮中的高,而叶林树皮中绿原酸、京尼平甙酸和桃叶珊瑚甙却比乔林树皮中的高;同时比较将杜仲树皮碾成粉状和丝绵状2种处理方式对次生代谢物提取的影响发现,二者效果相差不明显,但考虑到后期要提取杜仲胶,建议将杜仲皮碾成丝绵状。

Study on the contents of secondary metabolites in the bark of high forest tree model and leaf-oriented tree model of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.
Abstract:
In order to analyze the secondary metabolites contents in the bark of high forest tree model and leaf-oriented tree model of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. ,the two kinds of bark were milled into powder and protonema,and were extracted in 600 mL/L ethanol. The result showed that the contents of eucommiol,total flavonoids and gutta-percha in the bark of high forest tree model were higher than that of the leaf oriented tree model while the contents of chlorogenic acid,geniposidic acid and aucubin in the bark of leaf model were higher than that of the high forest tree model. The total effect of bark protonema was better.
