杜仲不同无性系叶中杜仲胶含量及相对分子质量研究

摘要:
用有机溶剂法提取杜仲不同无性系叶中的杜仲胶,对其含量进行比较,并用高效液相凝胶渗透色谱对杜仲胶的相对分子质量及相对分子质量分布进行了分析。结果表明,14个杜仲无性系间杜仲胶的含量、相对分子质量及相对分子质量分布均存在极显著差异;无性系G3叶中的杜仲胶含量最高,G2中的含量最低,无性系G3,X18,L49和L1(胶含量均在35.00 g/kg以上)可以作为叶胶产量高的优良无性系;相对分子质量较高(Mw在1.550×105以上)且相对分子质量分布范围较宽(MWD在13.50以上)的无性系G2,L23,L33和G1叶中的杜仲胶较适合用作高弹性材料,而相对分子质量较低(Mw在1.000×105以下)且相对分子质量分布范围较窄(MWD在10.00以下)的L 45,L49和L9叶中的杜仲胶更适合用作热塑性材料。

Study on the content and the molecular weight of Eucommia ulmoides gum in different clones
Abstract:
In order to provide some theoretical guidance for selecting high yield clones,the paper compares the content of Eucommia ulmoides Gum (EUG) in different clones by using organic solvent law,a kind of EUG extraction method,and analyzes the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution with High Performance Liquid Gel Permeation Chromatography.The results show that among the 14 kinds of clones,there are significant differences in the content,molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of EUG.The content is highest in G3 and lowest in G2,and G3,X18,L49 and L1 with content higher than 35.00 g/kg can be used as high yield clones.The EUG in G2,L23,L33 and G1 (average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are higher than 1.550×105 and 13.50 respectively) is suitable for high elasticity materials.However,the one in L45,L49 and L9 (average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution are lower than 1.000×105 and 10.00 respectively) is more suitable for plastic materials.
