乳酸杆菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和消化酶活性的影响

摘要:
将72头28日龄三元杂交(杜×大×长)断奶仔猪随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每重复6头,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+质量分数0.25%乳酸杆菌和基础日粮+质量分数0.25%乳酸杆菌+10 mg/kg黄霉素,以研究乳酸杆菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和消化酶活性的影响。结果表明,添加乳酸杆菌组均能显著提高断奶仔猪平均日采食量(P<0.05),极显著提高平均日增重,降低料重比(P<0.01);显著提高仔猪饲粮粗脂肪表观消化率(P<0.05),极显著提高胰脏、十二指肠食糜脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性(P<0.01);与单独添加乳酸杆菌相比,乳酸杆菌与黄霉素配伍极显著降低了仔猪的日增重和十二指肠食糜脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性(P<0.01)。表明在断奶仔猪日粮中添加乳酸杆菌,可显著提高仔猪生长性能及脂肪酶活性和粗脂肪表观消化率。

Effect of Lactobacillus on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and digestive enzyme activities of weaned piglets
Abstract:
Seventy-two 8-day-old weaned piglets (Duroc×Yorkshire×Landrace) were divided into three groups of four repeats.An experiment was conducted to study the effects of the supplementation of Lactobacillus agents and the combination of Lactobacillus and flavomycin in the basic diet on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and digestive enzyme activity of weaned piglets.The results showed that Lactobacillus increased average daily feed intake(P<0.05),average daily gain and decreased the feed/gain ratio (P<0.01).Lactobacillus increased apparently the digestibility of ether extract(P<0.05)and the activities of amylase and lipase in pancreatic gland and duodenum chyme(P<0.01)most significantly.The combination of Lactobacillus and flavomycin decreased the performance of piglets and the activities of analyse and lipase in pancreatic pland and doudenum chyme (P<0.01) comparing with the single use of Lactobacillus.The results indicated that adding of Lactobacillus in the diet could promote the performance of weaned piglets and the activity of lipase and digestibility of ether extract apparently.
