叶轮与胶轮并装对小型拖拉机牵引附着性能的影响

摘要:
为改善小型轮式拖拉机在早地作业时的牵引附着性能,采用单驱动轮试验装置,在麦茬地中对单叶轮、单胶轮和并装轮(叶轮与胶轮并转)进行了对比试验。结果表明,与单胶轮相比,叶轮与胶轮并装在允许滑转率(20%)条件下时附着系数增加了45%,拖拉机的牵引力提高了19.56%,牵引功率提高了10%。表明小型轮式拖拉机叶轮与胶轮并装可提高旱地作业,特别是重负荷作业时的牵引附着性能。

Control experiment on tractive and appendiculate performance of the tire and iron wheel with lugs fitted together

Abstract:
In order to improve the small tractors' tractive and appendiculate performance in dry land,the control experiments were conducted with single driven wheel set in wheat stubble field,in which the single tire,single iron wheel with lugs and the tire and iron wheel with lugs fitted together were tested and compared.The results showed that when the tire was fitted with iron wheel with lugs,the tractive force increased by(19.56%),the tractive power increased by 10% and the appendiculate coeffocient enhanced by 45%.So small tractors fitted with iron wheel with lugs can improve tractive and appendiculate performance of tractor in dry land.
