732型改性树脂脱氟剂的制备与脱氟研究

摘要:
研究了732型改性树脂脱氟剂的制备方法和离子交换方式、酸洗、铁交换量,以及再生和其他共存离子等对脱氟剂饱和吸附量的影响,同时探讨了732型改性树脂脱氟剂可能的脱氟机理。结果表明,采用酸洗和动态交换方式可最著提高该脱氟剂的脱氟效果;共存离子和再生对该脱氟剂的脱氟效果无明显影响,树脂的最佳载铁苗为69.39 mg/g,最大饱和吸附量为12.36 mg/g。研究还揭示了该脱氟剂的脱氟机理及其具有操作简单、易再生、能雨复使用和不产生二次污染的特点。

Abstract:
This paper studies material preparation,ion exchange model,acid wash and Fe exchange quantity effect for defluoridation material saturation absorbent quantity of model 732 changed property resin defluoridation;also concomitant ion influence on defluoridation effect of Fe(Ⅲ)-R and defluoridation mechanism of defluoridation material is explored.Experiment results show that ion exchange model,acid wash,and Fe exchange quantity have definite influence on defluoridation by means of acid wash and dynamic exchange,which can prominently improve defluoridation effect of defluoridation material;concomitant ion has not evident influence on defluoridation.The study ulteriorly reveals the defluoridation mechanism and shows that the absorbent has the advantage of easy operation,revivification and non pollution.Version resin optimal Fe exchange capacity is 69.39 mg/g,with saturation absorbent quantity 12.36 mg/g.
