杜仲醇提取工艺研究

摘要:
采用单因素和正交试验设计。应用高效液相色谱仪测定不同提取条件下杜仲醇的提取量,研究了提取溶剂、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对杜仲醇提取量的影响。结果表明,各因索对杜仲醇含量影响程度南大到小依次为:提取次数〉提取时间〉提取溶剂〉提取温度;极差分析结果表明,杜仲醇的最佳提取条件为;原材料粉碎。加10倍体积的蒸馏水在80 ℃下水浴回流提取2次,每次2 h,在此提取条件下,杜仲醇的提取量最高,达8.95 g/kg。

Studies on the technology of the extraction of eucommiol

Abstract:
Single factor and orthogonal test were designed to study the effect of bath temperature,extraction time,solvent concentration and extraction frequency on the contents of eucommiol from Eucommia ulmoides leaves.And the contents of eucommiol were detected by HPLC.The result shows that the order of factors affecting the eucommiol contents was extraction frequency>extraction time>solvent concentration>bath temperature.The optimum extraction conditions were distilled water,refluence for 2 hours at 80 ℃ water bath for twice extractions.Under these extraction conditions the content of eucommiol was the highest,8.95 g/kg.
