航天诱变育种研究进展

摘要:
利用返回式卫星搭载作物种子并研究其变异机理,进而培育新品种,这已成为一种新型的育种方法。近年来。我国已利用返回式卫星搭载了70多种植物500多个品种的作物种子,航天诱变育种取得了晁著的成就,培育出许多新品种(系)。对航天诱变机理的研究方法也逐渐增多,从单一的形态观察向细胞水平、分子水平发展,并且取得了一些长足的进展。本文对航天诱变育种的成就、研究方法和机理进行了综述,同时对存在的问题进行了探讨,对其前景进行了展望。

Advance in the space flight mutation breeding

Abstract:
It is a new breeding method to bring seeds to space by recoverable satellite. In recent years, we have brought more than 70 plants and 500 cuhivars to space,obtained great achievements and developed many new cultivars through the special environment of outer space. More and more methods of studying the mechanism for the space mutation have appeared, developing from observation to Cell and molecular techniques ,and some great progresses have been made. In addition, the problems and tendency in space mutation breeding as well as the major research aspects for the space mutation breeding in the future were discussed in this paper.
