大蒜提取物防治黄瓜黑星病的初步研究

摘要:
测定了大蒜提取物对黄瓜黑星病菌(Cladoxporium cucumerinum)的抑制作用和对苗期黄瓜黑星病的防治效果。并对黑星病菌在经大蒜提取物处理后的黄瓜叶片上的侵染过程进行了组织病理学观察。结果表明,0.3 g/mL的大蒜提取物可以完全抑制病菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发。该浓度大蒜提取物能有效预防病菌的侵染,作用效果优于多菌灵。但其治疗作用较筹。组织病理学研究表明,大蒜提取物可以有效阻止病菌在叶片上的萌发和附着孢的形成,从而阻断病菌的侵入过程。

Study on control of Cladosporium cucumerinum by garlic extract
Abstract:
Garlic extract was used to test the inhibitory action on the fungi of Cladosporium cucumerinure and the control efficacy on the disease of cucumber scrab in seedlings. The histopathological changes of infection process of the fungi on the leaves treated with garlic extract were observed. The results showed that 0.3 g/mL of garlic extract could inhibit mycelium growth and conidia spore germination of the fungi completely and such concentration of garlic extract could prevent plants against the infection of the fungi effectively. It was found that the preventive effect of garlic extract against the disease was better than that of the commonly used fungicide Carbendazim,but the therapeutic effect was weaker than that of the latter. Histopathological observation found that 0.3 g/mL of garlic extract could effectively inhibit conidia spore germination and appressorium formation fungi on the leaves and block fungi to penetrate into leaf tissue.
