负载型TiO2光催化剂对有机磷农药废水降解的研究

用磁控反应溅射制备TiO2薄膜,研究其对有机磷农药废水——敌敌畏(DDVP)光催化的降解效果,及与其相关影响因素的关系。结果表明,磁控溅射制备的不锈钢负载纳米TiO2薄膜有较高的光催化活性;在相同条件下,20,30,40 cm2纳米TiO2/不锈钢箔片,对400 mL初始浓度为4.52×10-4 mol/L敌敌畏溶液3 h的光催化降解率分别为39.2%,57.3%和81.2%,以40 cm2的纳米TiO2/不锈钢箔片光催化降解效果最好。照射功率在20~100 W时光催化降解率与光照射强度基本呈线性关系,敌敌畏初始浓度越大,降解率越低。

Photocatalytic degradation of organophosphorus pesticides using TiO2 films supported on stainless steel
Abstract:
The degradation of organophosphorus pesticides—DDVP wastewater was tested by using TiO2 films prepared by magnetron sputtering.The experimental results showed that the TiO2 films deposited on stainless steel had higher photocatalytic activity.Under the same condition,the photocatalytic degradation rate of DDVP solution were 39.2%,57.3% and 81.2% respectively for different areas of TiO2 films when the volume of DDVP solution was 400 ml,initial concentration 4.52×10-4 mol/L and the lighting time 3 h.The photocatalytic degradation efficiency was best when the area of TiO2 films was 40 cm2.The photocatalytic degradation rate had basically linear relation with light intensity at 20-100 W.The degradation rate became lower with the initial concentration increased.
