植酸酶和益生素对青年蛋鸡生长性能的影响

将510只45日龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡随机分为5个处理,每处理6个重复,每重复17只。设计5种饲粮:(1)正对照组;(2)负对照组(营养水平降低10%,钙和总磷除外);(3)负对照组+0.02%植酸酶(降低总磷和有效磷0.05%);(4)负对照组+0.15%益生素;(5)正对照组+0.02%植酸酶(降低总磷和有效磷0.10%)。结果表明:(1)负对照组蛋鸡生长速度与正对照组相当,但粪中干物质(P<0.05)和钙含量(P<0.01)显著提高;(2)负对照组添加植酸酶后,鸡粪磷排泄量极显著减少(P<0.01);与正对照组相比,采食量增加(P<0.01),鸡粪钙含量提高(P<0.05);(3)添加益生素后,蛋鸡采食量增加(P<0.01),其余所观测指标不受影响(P>0.05);(4)正、负对照组饲粮添加植酸酶后,磷表观代谢率分别提高30.06%(P=0.09)和29.05%(P>0.05);(5)高麸皮饲粮组(处理2和3)与低麸皮饲粮组(处理1和5)鸡生长性能相当。

Effect of phytase and probiotic on growth of 6-12 week-old chickens
Abstract:
510 forty-five-day-old Lomman chickens were divided into five groups randomly with six replicates and received the following treatments:(1) Positive control (PC);(2) Negative control (NC),nutritional level 10% descended except calcium and total phosphorus;(3) NC+0.02% phytase,total and available phosphorus 0.05% reduced;(4) NC+0.15% protiotic;(5) PD+0.02% phytase,total and available phosphorus 0.10% lowered.Compared with PC treatment,NC groups achieved similar growth speed,but there were more dry matter (P<0.05) and calcium content (P<0.01) in excreta.Phosphorus excrement lowered significantly (P<0.01) when phytase was added to NC diet,and at the same time feed intake and manure calcium increased (P<0.01).Probiotic didn't improve the chickens' growth,nutrient utilization or tibia length except for feed intake (P<0.01).Phytase enhanced the apparent metabolizability of phosphorus by 30.06% (P=0.09) and 29.05% (P>0.05).There were no significant differences between higher wheat-bran diets (treatment 2 and 3) and lower diets (treatment 1 and 5).
