造纸厂底泥中产絮凝剂菌株的筛选及其絮凝活性研究

摘要:
采用常规细菌分离纯化方法,从造纸厂排污口底泥中采样,富集培养后分离得到5株有絮凝活性的细菌,其中菌株E1的絮凝除浊性能较强、稳定性最好。对E1絮凝活性的进一步研究表明,该絮凝剂的适宜投加量为2.0%,Ca2+的助凝效果较好,且具有较好的pH稳定性。通过测定菌株E1对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝活性,发现其对高岭土悬浮液的絮凝活性达到90.32%,产絮凝剂的最佳条件为pH 8.0,温度40 ℃,180 r/min摇床培养72 h。

Screening of flocculant-producing microorganisms and studying of the flocculant activity
Abstract:
5 strains were isolated and purified from sewage sludge.Each strain was cultured in relavent flocculant-producing mediums.Among these strains,E1 had high and stable flocculating activity for Kaolin suspension.Ca2+ was of help in flocculation.When the sample was added at the proportion of 2.0%,the flocculation activity reached 90.32%,and remained firm as pH value changed.The optimum cultural condition of E1 was decided:pH 8.0,temperature 40 ℃,cultural time 72 h at the rate of 180 r/min.
