微波浸提竹叶黄酮的工艺研究

摘要:
在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验,研究了乙醇体积分数、固液比、微波作用时间、微波功率对竹叶黄酮提取量的影响规律。得出了竹叶黄酮提取工艺的最佳参数组合为:乙醇体积分数10%,固液比1∶40 (g/mL),微波作用时间6 min,功率400 W。在最佳参数组合下,每克竹叶可提取总黄酮4.689 mg。

Extracting flavonoids of bamboo leaves by microwave
Abstract:
Extraction of Bamboo Leaves (Ebl) is a new developing vegetable flavone preparation.The single experimental factor,such as microwave power,percent of ethanol volume,microwave treating time,ratio of solid to liquid was studied.Then,the optimum parameters were obtained by orthogonal test at the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶40 (g/mL),microwave treating 6 min,microwave power 400 W,percent of ethanol volume 10%.The total flavonoids content of bamboo leaves is 4.689 mg/g at the optimum parameters.
